He has singularly helped establish Bluehost's reputation for friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful service. In his prior role as Director of Customer Service, he helped pioneer the notion of true 24/7 customer support in the web hosting industry. When the weather permits, Ben enjoys the outdoors with his family.
